Engineering Talent Demand Gauge Week of March 18th, 2024
No change to the engineering demand week over week. We remain steady at three open jobs for every one engineer looking for work. Our prediction, demand will increase to four by the end of April.
With the Federal Reserve’s announcement that they fully intend three rate decreases for 2024 and budgets being finalized for the year – we fully anticipate an uptick in technical hiring.
