The demand for engineers remains the same week over week. There are three open roles for every one engineer seeking new employment. Interestingly we continue to see an uptick in the demand for Mechanical Engineers which is now the highest its been since Q2 of 2023.

While overall demand continues to cool there is still a need for specialized technical recruiting support. The open Engineering roles Wright is recruiting for increased by nearly 15% week over week.
