At Wright Technical Services, we believe in the importance of giving back to the communities we serve. Recently, our team had our quarterly opportunity to volunteer at the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, where we spent a shift helping neighbors in need shop the market and select the food and essentials that best met their needs.

It was a meaningful and fulfilling experience that reminded us how much of a difference a little time and a helping hand can make.

Making a Difference, One Neighbor at a Time

During our volunteer shift, our team helped neighbors navigate the market, find the items they needed, and make choices that worked best for their households. The experience gave us a firsthand look at the important work the Greater Cleveland Food Bank does every day to support individuals and families throughout our community.

What stood out most was the opportunity to connect with people and play a small part in making their day a little easier. We left feeling grateful for the experience and inspired by the dedication of the food bank staff and volunteers who work tirelessly to ensure our neighbors have access to food.

Together with our other volunteer groups of the day we were able to accomplish incredible things:

🛒 328 families served at the Healthy Choice Food Market 

👉 18 partner programs supported in the Marketplace

✅ 3,960 Backpacks for Kids Kits Assembled

✅ 4,000 lbs. of Produce Packed

🍽 2,278 Children’s and 5,809 Senior meals 

The Power of Volunteering

Volunteering with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank was a great reminder that supporting our community doesn’t always require a significant time commitment. Showing up, lending a hand, and treating others with kindness can have a lasting impact.
