We’re approaching Q2 and Engineering Talent Demand remains unchanged over the last month. There are three open jobs for every one engineer looking for a new role. Our team still expects and uptick over the course of Q2.
Separately the demand from Wright clients continues to increase as we’ve signed three new clients in the last week and the openings we’re asked to recruit on continue to increase. We remain highly optimistic for hiring in 2024.
