Aidan Jantz is a Talent Consultant specializing in the engineering field with Wright. He graduated from Hiram College in May of 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Aidan started full-time with Wright as a Talent Associate in June 2023 following his graduation, however he officially started part-time in January of 2023.
After doing several different business-related internships throughout his college tenure Aidan really discovered his passion for technical recruiting after completing a 3-week project with Wright through one of his classes. He decided to join Wright a few weeks after and has not looked back!
Aidan considers himself a “people person” through and through and truly has a passion for creating and maintaining relationships with candidates, clients, and his peers in the business. For Aidan, being able to help someone take that next step in their career to not only better themselves professionally, but also grow as a person truly brings him joy.
In his free time Aidan is an avid Cleveland sports fan, especially when it comes to baseball. After playing 4 years at Hiram College Aidan continues his love of the game by attending Cleveland Guardians games whenever he can.
