Aidan Jantz is a Talent Solutions Manager on the engineering side of Wright’s business. He specializes in new business development and account management. He graduated from Hiram College in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Aidan started full-time with Wright as a Talent Associate in January of 2023.
Aidan specializes in delivering workforce and talent acquisition solutions for organizations across the United States, particularly in Northeast Ohio. He believes the most successful placements occur when both the candidate and employer benefit, creating long-term, productive working relationships that support individual career growth and organizational success.
Aidan is a people person through and through, driven by a genuine passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues. In his free time Aidan is an avid Cleveland sports fan, especially when it comes to baseball. After playing 4 years at Hiram College Aidan continues his love of the game by attending Cleveland Guardians games whenever he can.
