TALENT CONSULTANT / EXPERIENCED HIRE
When joining Wright, the WTS Talent Consultant’s primary responsibility is to build and maintain a talent community aligned to specific technology skillsets. Your talent community will be the feeder system for the Engineering jobs that Wright recruits for on behalf of our valued clients. The end goal for the Engineering Consultant is that you are helping to fulfil the Wright mission, ‘to ensure the right technical talent is working with the right company to maximize what should be a mutually beneficial relationship, resulting in both sides thriving’. You will build that talent community by actively sourcing qualified candidates utilizing an array of technologies, attending relevant networking events, and through outreach.
Provided you are meeting the Wright Success Criteria, after reaching your Placement goals you will, in title and salary, become a Sr. Talent Consultant. Your focus will shift to sales and account management. You will continue to recruit but may also become the point of contact for a select group of client accounts. While your focus remains to fill positions you will also help to grow new accounts as they are brought into Wright.
A successful Talent Consultant will consistently deliver a minimum of two hires per month following the WTS orientation period. For experienced hires the orientation period is months one through four.
Other details of the position include:
- Maintaining detailed candidate records and communications history in the WTS applicant tracking system.
- Maintaining detailed client records and communications history in the WTS CRM system.
- Executing against a weekly WTS activity plan. Note that a daily activity plan may be used during the orientation period.
- Ability to meet the qualifications defined in the Success Criteria for your role.
- Participating in company sponsored networking events at least once per month.
- Participating in company sponsored volunteer events.
QUALIFICATIONS
Individuals being considered for the WTS Talent Consultant role will have at minimum:
- Four-year degree from an accredited university.
- A minimum of two years of experience working in an agency recruiter role with a focus on engineering or IT openings.
- A willingness to ‘show up’ daily prepared to deliver for our clients and candidates.
- ‘Whatever it takes’ attitude to winning and delivering on high quality business.
- Detail and quality oriented.
- Willingness and desire to always be learning new skills.
- Professional and friendly in candidate and customer communication.
- Integrity and honesty in everything you do, even if it means losing a deal.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding goals and performance metrics.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive base salary plus industry leading commission plan. You will make at least six figures in your first 12 months with Wright. No company pays higher commission.
- Unlimited earning potential, no cap on commission.
- 14 days of PTO in year one, 21 days at the beginning of year two and 28 days at the beginning of year five.

LOCATION
This position is hybrid following the orientation period. You will be onsite at our Mayfield Heights, OH headquarters three days per week and remote two.
