Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected leader in the accounting industry as a Sr Salesforce Developer, where as a Salesforce Consultant you’ll play a key role in designing and developing Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web & Aura Components. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions align with user needs and business objectives. If you enjoy mentoring Jr Developers, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues this position is a good match for you!
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Demonstrated expertise in: Lightning Web Components (LWC) (strong preference) Aura Components Apex development
- Proven experience designing and delivering high-quality UI/UX within Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and integration tools
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in: Apex, SOQL, SOSL Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, sharing rules) Data modeling and platform limits
- Strong front-end development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS within the Salesforce ecosystem)
- Experience with version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset)
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and develop efficient technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Visualforce (legacy support and migration scenarios)
- Experience migrating from Visualforce or Aura to LWC-first architecture
- Salesforce certifications such as: Platform Developer I and II JavaScript Developer I Application Architect (preferred)
- Exposure to modern front-end frameworks and UI design principles

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using: Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Apex (classes, triggers, batch processes)
- Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and UI/UX best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring solutions align with user needs and business objectives
- Create scalable and maintainable architecture designs that align with enterprise standards
- Optimize system performance, including front-end responsiveness and back-end processing efficiency
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance policies
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
- Support release management, including CI/CD processes and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
