Job Summary

Support aerospace engine component manufacturing through process development, tooling design, CNC programming, and customer collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering or 2+ years relevant experience.
• OR 5+ years hands-on machining/CNC experience.
• Aerospace and tight-tolerance machining preferred.
• Multi-axis CNC, Fanuc or Makino controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing Company’s advanced milling and grinding platforms, utilizing 3+2 and simultaneous 5-axis machining techniques.
• Develop machining processes and NC programs (Siemens NX).
• Design tooling, fixtures, and dressing rolls.
• Simulate programs in Vericut; execute on Company platforms.
• Conduct test cuts and machine demos.
• Provide post-sale support and training at customer sites.
• Document project results and process plans.
