Wright

Talent Solutions Manager

Your Market. Your Relationships. Your Impact.

Wright is hiring an experienced business-development professional to launch and grow client relationships in a dedicated remote market. As a Talent Solutions Manager (TSM), you will introduce employers to Wright’s engineering and IT talent solutions, turn new conversations into lasting partnerships, and directly influence the company’s next stage of growth.

This is an opportunity to build—not inherit—a market. You will lead new-account development from first contact through signed agreement, then partner with Senior Talent Consultants and Market Directors to expand the relationships you create and deliver outstanding recruiting results.

You will work from a professional home office and become Wright’s trusted presence in your local business community. The strongest TSMs are self-directed connectors who build credibility by phone, email, video, and in person; stay visible at local industry events; and become a go-to talent resource for employers across their market.

Rather than chase every lead, you will concentrate on high-potential organizations that meet at least seven of Wright’s 10 standards and align with the Wright Account Rule of 10. This proven framework helps you invest your time where relationships and revenue can grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and own a focused pipeline of target accounts that meet Wright’s qualification criteria.
  • Connect with decision-makers and influencers, uncover their talent challenges, and earn the opportunity to help.
  • Create consistent, personalized outreach across phone, email, video, in-person conversations, and other effective channels.
  • Lead compelling discovery meetings by video and meet in person when the client is local or the opportunity warrants it.
  • Bring in the Market Director, Vice President, and/or President for strategic solution meetings.
  • Negotiate and secure new client agreements.
  • Lead new-account kickoffs that align the client, recruiting team, and delivery strategy from day one.
  • Join job-intake calls with the Talent Consultant and/or Director to help translate client needs into successful searches.
  • Keep client records and communication history accurate and current in the WTS CRM.
  • Deliver against the role’s clearly defined success criteria.
  • Represent Wright at local industry and networking events with the goal of attending at least two per month.
  • Represent Wright at company-sponsored volunteer events.
  • Travel quarterly to Wright’s Cleveland headquarters for two to three days of collaboration, planning, and team connection.

What You Bring

  • You lead with honesty, integrity, and a genuine commitment to doing what is right for clients and candidates.
  • You bring three to five years of experience selling IT or engineering staffing and recruiting services.
  • You have a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • You know how to stay focused, accountable, and connected while working independently from a fully remote home office.
  • You have opened new accounts and created business from the ground up—not simply managed an assigned book of existing clients.
  • A four-year college degree is preferred.

A Clear Ramp. Meaningful Results.

From day one, you will know what success looks like. Your initial goal is to secure one new account within your first three months. Beginning in month four, the target becomes one new account every 60 days—creating a steady rhythm of market growth.

Your qualified-buyer meeting goal grows with your momentum: one newly scheduled meeting per week in month one, two per week in month two, three per week in month three, and five per week beginning in month four. Most meetings will take place by video, with in-person conversations encouraged for local clients or when they can advance the opportunity.

You will also own quarterly gross-profit and placement targets, giving you a direct line of sight from daily activity to client impact, business growth, and earning potential.

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • A competitive base salary aligned with your experience.
  • Monthly car allowance.
  • A New Contract Bonus for every newly executed agreement with a qualified company that includes at least one immediate, qualified recruiting opportunity.
  • Unlimited commission on direct-hire and consulting/contract business through Wright’s industry-leading commission structure.

Benefits

  • PTO
    • 14 Days for first year of employment.
    • 21 Days at the beginning of second year of employment through year four of employment.
    • 28 days at the beginning of year five.
  • Eleven paid holidays.
  • All technology provided.
  • Monthly allowance towards phone and internet.
  • Company paid medical; dental and vision insurance.
  • 6% annual match in company 401k program.
