Field Service Engineer
Location: Based remotely, covers regional territory
Eligibility: US Permanent Residency is required

Travel: Monday-Friday regional travel | Home most weekends | Company vehicle provided
Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience | Overtime over 8 hours per day, travel time included | Voluntary Saturdays 1.5x Hourly | Voluntary Sundays 2x Hourly | Holidays 2.5x Hourly

Summary

Wright Technical services is supporting a highly respected company in the CNC machine space who is expanding their team of Field Service Engineers. This individual will be a member of the Customer Support Department and be responsible for the installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of their machinery at customer locations. The right candidate will be a customer-focused professional with a positive attitude and great customer service skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Field Service Engineer
• Experience with CNC installation and repair
• Experience with industrial maintenance repair
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
• Valid driver’s license

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair CNC machines and other industrial equipment
• Provide on-site technical support to clients
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Train clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Document all service and repair activities
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction
