After originally planning to pursue a career in healthcare, Austin discovered a passion for recruiting and quickly found that building meaningful relationships with candidates and businesses was the perfect fit. Austin began his recruiting career specializing in the IT industry, where he built a strong foundation in technical recruiting before expanding into the engineering space with Wright Technical. While he will always consider himself an IT recruiter at heart, his experience across both IT and engineering has allowed him to develop a well-rounded understanding of the technical talent market.
Coming from a competitive sports background, Austin enjoys the performance-driven nature of recruiting and the excitement that comes with finding the right match for both candidates and clients. He is passionate about helping individuals take the next step in their careers while building lasting relationships based on trust, communication, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Austin takes pride in serving as a trusted resource for both candidates and clients and enjoys the challenge of connecting great people with great opportunities.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys taking in a Cleveland sporting event whenever he gets the chance, spending time on the golf course, staying active outdoors through hiking and camping, or tackling DIY projects around the house. He also enjoys spending quality time with his fiancée and their dog, Theo.
