Kara majored in Human Resources and began her career at an automotive engineering company, where she worked on the Key Account Management team. Through this experience, Kara gained valuable skills in business operations. Recently, Kara transitioned into a recruiting role at Wright Technical, where she truly enjoys connecting with people and helping them find the right opportunities. Kara shares, it is extremely rewarding being able to help people take the next steps in their careers. Kara is extremely grateful to be apart of the Wright team and she is so excited to grow with such talented and encouraging people.
Outside of work, Kara loves to spend time with my cats, reading, and prioritize staying active. She also loves the warm weather and traveling. Kara is always looking forward to exploring new destinations and experiencing different cultures.
