Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the Company's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards as they apply to regulatory and safety requirements applicable to the paint and coatings process manufacturing industry.
Essential Functions:
- Develop, implement, review, and maintain Safety Data Sheets, finished product labels, and all components of OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) to ensure regulatory compliance is met.
- Prepare, process, and file regulatory reports, registrations, and permit requirements accurately and on time (e.g., EPA, Storm Water, Chemtrec, USMCA, South Coast, RCRA, Waste, SARA 312, Rule 314, Fee Emissions, Fee Exceedance, DOT, SARA 313, Extended Producer Responsibility (packaging), Hazardous Chemicals).
- Perform global inventory requests for raw materials when applicable.
- Enter Trading Partner information for new customers in Product Vision software.
- Respond to Chemtrec incident notifications and reporting as the designated Company official; Communicate all incidents to required Company personnel.
- Research and interpret safety and environmental regulations to understand their impact on the Company and to continuously improve safety performance and environmental stewardship.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture to prevent accidents and minimize environmental impact.
- Conduct and/or coordinate worker training on laws, safety, regulations, hazardous conditions, HAZCOM requirements, operating procedures, and safety equipment use as required by applicable local and government agencies (e.g., OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA).
- Lead accident investigations with management and workforce to identify root causes and recommend procedural, process, or equipment changes to eliminate hazards.
- Create and update emergency response plans and procedures, and coordinate regular drills and exercises to ensure preparedness.
- Communicate all safety or regulatory concerns or new regulation updates to management.
- Collaborate with Department Managers and Supervisors to assess and recommend improvements to procedures, processes, and equipment to enhance safety and reduce risks.
- Schedule and lead Safety Team meetings and process minutes for review by Supervisor(s) and Department Managers, along with recommendations for overall safety improvements.
- Attend mandatory monthly Safety Council meetings and other regulatory and safetyrelated meetings, webinars, seminars, etc., as they apply to applicable governmental updates.
- Create, update, and perform audits for all regulatory and safety-related documents and training using an online compliance software program.
- Represent and respond to regulatory audits and inspections, as required, or in collaboration with other Company officials.
- Attend weekly Staff meetings every Monday at 1 pm.

Education / Experience / Certifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as environmental science, occupational health and safety, industrial engineering, or similar is REQUIRED.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ related experience in the paint and coatings industry PREFERRED.
- Experience using Product Vision, Bartender, or BasicSafe software is a PLUS.
Physical Demands:
While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, walk, hear, and climb stairs. The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to see color, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Travel Requirements:
Monthly local travel is required by car. Occasional overnight travel may be required within the United States by car or plane.
Certificates / Licenses / Registration:
A valid driver’s license is REQUIRED.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or similar PLUS.
Work Environment:
While performing the essential functions of this job, an individual will be sitting at a desk in an office setting (controlled climate) using standard office equipment, including a computer, fax machine, printer, scanners, copy machine, and phone. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Occasional entry into a plant or manufacturing environment is required. The noise level in this environment is loud, with exposure to airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.

We are seeking a Controls Engineer to join our team. This position will support the Controls Engineering Manager by providing engineering expertise in the successful execution of industrial automation projects including the initial hardware design, parts list development, software development, testing, and commissioning at our customers’ manufacturing facilities. Tasks include programming and revisions of PLC logic, configuration of variable speed drives, designing control panels, and providing remote support to end customers. • Work closely with the Data/MES Engineering department to collaborate in the development of HMI and MES programs to be mated with the control systems developed.
• Develop customer-oriented documentation based on accepted industrial engineering principles including programming diagrams, network diagrams, I/O lists, single-line diagrams, electrical wiring schematics and user manuals.
• Perform in-house systems tests.
• Travel to customer sites for installation, debugging, and commissioning of complete automation systems (20% or less of the year, usually for 2 weeks or less).
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems and errors in control systems both remotely and, when needed, at the customer's site.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager for milestone completion strategizing.
• Communicate with Clients to determine needs, requirements, and expectations.
Qualifications:
• 4-year engineering degree (electrical engineering or in a related field).
• 10+ years’ work experience in industrial controls.

Overview
The Corporate Controls Engineer will be a member of the Daisy Brand Corporate Controls Engineering Department. He/she will work on controls and automation projects to install new manufacturing systems and upgrade existing manufacturing systems in all of Daisy Brand’s manufacturing facilities. He/she will provide on-site support for controls and automation activities at the Manufacturing Facility.
The Corporate Controls Engineer will report directly to the Corporate Controls Engineering Manager. He/she will be based out of the Wooster, Ohio Manufacturing Facility. He/she will support projects at all of Daisy Brand’s Manufacturing Facilities.
Responsibilities
The Responsibilities of the Corporate Controls Engineer include, but are not limited to the following:

• Advanced Ladder Logic Programming within Allen Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix) is required
• Advanced HMI Development is required, preferably within Wonderware (Aveva) Archestra System Platform
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Principles is required
• Familiarity with Design/Specification of Process Control Panels is required
• Experience in Food & Beverage, or similar industry with high sanitary standard utilizing CIP cleaning and sterilization is preferred
• Experience with Wonderware MES, or a similar MES platform, is preferred
• Experience with .NET programming environment is preferred
• Experience with SQL Databases is preferred

What You Will Do
Electrical Engineers collaborate in a team environment to design and support industrial electrical systems. This includes various types of equipment new and old. Specifically, you will:
- Engineer solutions to improve equipment reliability, safety, ergonomics, and compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 450001, and other EHS initiatives.

Our Plant Engineering team is responsible for implementing capital projects and providing engineering support for the Consumable and Machine divisions of Cleveland Operations. What You Will Do
Electrical Engineers collaborate in a team environment to design and support industrial electrical systems. This includes various types of equipment new and old. Specifically, you will:
- Engineer solutions to improve equipment reliability, safety, ergonomics, and compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 450001, and other EHS initiatives.
- Provide technical support to Production, Maintenance, and IT departments, reducing downtime and improving system performance.
- Develop, design, and update PLC, VFD, and HMI programs using various control automation platforms, including Rockwell, Siemens, and Beijer.
- Update and maintain National Instruments LabVIEW code for testing applications and equipment.
- Interface with engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, IT, MES, and Production teams to support facility projects.
- Apply NEC knowledge for planning industrial equipment installations and work with electricians to update documentation.
- Supply project leaders with capital cost estimates and timelines, and review capital equipment quotations.
- Lead projects or project steps, solve complex problems, and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Manage outside engineering and construction personnel, ensuring all safety, health, environmental, and compliance aspects meet regulations.
- Integrate equipment into data collection systems and establish network topologies.
- Support network backup, device patching management, and control system asset inventory.
- Compile data from connected devices for organizational use and develop standards for control systems hardware and software.
- Identify and assume additional responsibilities for projects and processes that align with and drive towards Lincoln Electric Company’s 2025 Higher Standard Goals.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of professional experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical CAD software.
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and test equipment, including Rockwell Automation software, Siemens software, and National Instruments LabVIEW.
- Knowledge of NFPA 70, 70E, and 79, and other technical codes.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts and SQL Database.

Description
Azure Cloud Infrastructure Management:
- Design, deploy, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, focusing [to start with] on network components such as Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), Network Security Groups (NSGs), Azure Firewall, and Azure ExpressRoute. Once established in the Azure network 1/ share network domain knowledge with other Cloud engineers 2/ learn and support other cloud infrastructure components.
- Monitor and manage Azure cloud resources to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Privatization of Azure resources through vNet integration and Private Endpoints
Network Architecture and Security:
- Implement and manage Azure network solutions including Azure Virtual WAN, VPN gateways, Azure Load Balancers, Application Gateways, and Traffic Manager.
- Ensure the security and compliance of Azure network components by configuring and managing Azure Security Center, Azure Policy, and Azure Monitor.
Automation and Optimization:
- Develop and maintain scripts and tools for automating the deployment and management of Azure network components using Azure CLI, PowerShell, and ARM templates.
- Optimize network performance through the implementation of advanced networking features like VNet peering, Azure DNS, and Application Security Groups.
Monitoring and Incident Management:

Responsibilities:
- Initiate Sales Engagements: Start conversations that lead to sales and collaborate with other sales representatives to promote machine offerings.
- Territory Management: Strategically plan and implement coverage of your assigned region to maximize sales opportunities.
- Identify New Leads: Actively seek out and qualify potential customers by understanding their changing needs.
- Value Delivery: Create sales quotes, monitor shipping processes, and assist with procurement and forecasting.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and current records are maintained in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license and a strong enthusiasm for meeting clients face-to-face.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SalesForce or SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to solve problems collaboratively.
- Proven ability to work well within a team, particularly with Sales Engineers and the Consumable Operations Group.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to maximize customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial distribution or consumables is a plus but not a requirement.

- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Field Service Engineer
- Experience with CNC installation and repair
- Experience with industrial maintenance repair
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

· Size equipment, fusing, breakers, wire, power supplies, etc... based on equipment design specifications and sound engineering principles.
· Create Input/Output lists in EXCEL from existing customer electrical drawings.
· Communication and detail within the full phase of build and design.

Automation Hardware Design Engineers design industrial control panels and enclosures for harsh environments, including PLC, remote I/O, operator stations, and drive cabinets. This role requires close collaboration with the drafting department and automation engineering team to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret assignments from the design lead and coordinate with project teams on specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the drafting team to produce and review engineering drawings, including BOMs and electrical schematics.
- Select and size equipment, fusing, breakers, and wire based on design specifications.
- Generate Input/Output lists in Excel from customer electrical drawings.
Qualifications:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE) and drives (Siemens, ABB) preferred.
- CAD experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial control enclosure design to relevant standards is beneficial.
Skills:

The FPGA/ASIC Firmware Engineer is expected to design, architect, and implement waveforms and digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms using VHDL or Verilog targeting software defined radio (SDR) hardware. Firmware development is applied to high complexity and high throughput implementations with a focus on VHDL, code re-use, fixed-point modeling, low power design, system integration, test automation, FPGA/ASIC IP Core development and product test/support while leveraging advancements in systems-on-chip (SoCs), synthesis tools and SDR hardware. We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated abilities in innovative thinking and versatility in their jobs with experience in the following: FPGA/ASIC architecture design, simulation and verification, MATLAB or C/C++ familiarity and proposal, report and system/product specification development. The individual will work within a team environment to achieve high efficiency in solving our customer’s formidable challenges and meeting our customer’s requirements objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills/experience in digital design engineering, HDL coding, implementation of waveforms/modems and digital signal processing, performance/test analysis and technical team leadership.
- Implementation of waveforms/algorithms in VHDL (preferred) or Verilog.
- Experienced with lab and field testing, test equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and digital logic analyzers.
- Familiarity with signal processing systems, terrestrial/airborne/satellite transmitter and receiver design including acquisition, tracking and demodulation, MATLAB, C/C++, synthesis, verification/acceptance testing.
- Individuals with a background developing solutions for military/DoD customers is plus.
- Provide concise explanation and design documentation of developed firmware implementation to enable team members to support system integration.
- Identification, development and implementation of FPGA/ASIC IP Cores.
- Deliver effective briefings and to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Travel to support events such as customer site support, training seminar, proposals.
