The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, especially CMMC and NIST SP 800-171, and experience with compliance in a complex, global manufacturing environment. The CMMC Consultant will assess the current cybersecurity posture, develop a roadmap for compliance, and lead the organization through all stages of certification.

Qualifications

  • Coordinate IT applications, infrastructure, and operations resources per project demands.
  • Define and communicate roles for project team members and stakeholders.
  • Set up a clear communication cadence for team members and stakeholders, provide routine status reports, and escalate issues to the steering team as needed.
  • Define user acceptance test criteria and plans, and coordinate testing events for successful solution signoff.

Position Summary: The Field Service Robotics Engineer will be responsible for traveling to customer sites to install, maintain, repair, and upgrade robotics and automation equipment. This role will diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues, perform repairs and rebuilds, and develop maintenance plans. The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system performance, provides technical training and support, and analyzes system performance for improvements. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Travel to customer sites to perform installations, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of robotics and automation equipment. • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including power distributions, wiring, and controls systems, to ensure uninterrupted operation of robotic equipment. • Repair and rebuild robotic systems in a controlled shop environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. • Identify and resolve mechanical problems in robotic systems, including mechanical assemblies, actuator, sensors, and end-effectors. • Develop and execute maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize the longevity of robotic systems. • Perform calibration procedures, testing, and adjustments to ensure the accuracy and precision of robotic systems and associated components. • Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to address technical challenges, optimize system performance, and implement improvements. • Provide technical training and support to customers and end-users on the operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of robotic systems. • Analyze and evaluate the performance of robotic systems, identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost savings. • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, work orders, and part inventory. Job Essentials:

 

• Travel to customer sites to perform installations, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of robotics and automation equipment.

• Provide technical training and support to customers and end-users on the operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of robotic systems.

• Analyze and evaluate the performance of robotic systems, identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost savings.

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, work orders, and part inventory. Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to internal teams and customers.

 

Qualification:

 

• A Technical degree or equivalent experience (Preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in Fanuc field service and shop rebuilds (Preferred)

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and programming formats such as Fanuc, ABB, Epson, Kuka, etc.

• Expertise in electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics for industrial robotic systems

• Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

Job Summary
As an IT Operations Analyst you will play a crucial role in safeguarding critical functions by investigating incidents, developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans, and leading responses to critical incidents. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting Incident Management meetings adhering to ITSM Practices, while ensuring operational stability and fostering collaborative relationships across divisions. This role also supports and reviews technical requirements adhering to Enterprise Disaster Recovery plan, such as monitoring/ testing and conducting Business Impact Analysis. 

Qualifications and Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 6+ years of technical Infrastructure experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of IT Operations experience
  • Experience with ITSM Ticketing software and Incident Management (ServiceNow highly preferred)
  • Foundational experience with Cloud required (Azure highly preferred)
  • Fundamental understanding and experience with the Disaster Recovery processes and testing
  • Strong experience supporting and administering Entra ID/ Active Directory and M365 Cloud
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting Networks (DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, connectivity)

        Job Summary
        As an IT Operations Analyst you will play a crucial role in safeguarding critical functions by investigating incidents, developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans, and leading responses to critical incidents. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting Incident Management meetings adhering to ITSM Practices, while ensuring operational stability and fostering collaborative relationships across divisions. This role also supports and reviews technical requirements adhering to Enterprise Disaster Recovery plan, such as monitoring/ testing and conducting Business Impact Analysis. 

        Qualifications and Technical Requirements

        • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
        • Minimum 6+ years of technical Infrastructure experience
        • Minimum 3+ years of IT Operations experience
        • Experience with ITSM Ticketing software and Incident Management (ServiceNow highly preferred)
        • Foundational experience with Cloud required (Azure highly preferred)
        • Fundamental understanding and experience with the Disaster Recovery processes and testing
        • Strong experience supporting and administering Entra ID/ Active Directory and M365 Cloud
        • Experience supporting and troubleshooting Networks (DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, connectivity)

        Duties and Responsibilities

        • Lead and coordinate response efforts for critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact.
          • Proactively identify trends and efficiencies to improve IT service delivery
          • Provide insights based on historical data for issue resolution
          • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

            Disaster Recovery Planning:

            • Conduct meetings on disaster recovery protocols and coordinate system/data restoration after disasters
            • Review application lists and spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and completion of testing
            • Establish partnerships across divisions to support disaster recovery
            • Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical functions and their recovery priorities.

              ITSM and Incident Management:

            • Conduct Incident Management meetings in line with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
            • Utilize ServiceNow to track, manage, document, and drive the resolution of incidents.
            • Ensure adherence to ITSM processes and best practices to maintain operational stability.

              Technical Support and Administration:

            • Provide support and administration in Azure and on-prem Microsoft applications (Entra ID/ Active Directory, M365, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
            • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, including DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and VPN.
            • Support and troubleshoot servers, data centers, VMware, Intune, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).

              Monitoring and Compliance:

            • Monitor IT infrastructure and systems to detect and address potential issues proactively.
            • Ensure compliance with enterprise disaster recovery plans and technical requirements.
            • Enhance critical application monitoring and operational processes
            • Conduct regular reviews of technical requirements and procedures to align with best practices.

              Collaboration and Communication:

            • Foster collaborative relationships across various divisions and teams within the organization.

              We are seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager contractor with immediate availability to drive the success of a set of projects within a firm-wide strategic program. This individual will be a member of the Customer Support Department and be responsible for the installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of their machinery at customer locations.               CONTROLS ENGINEER

              Makino is a world leader in metal-cutting and machining technology.               As part of the Project Engineering group, the Controls Engineer executes the assigned Controls Engineering tasks supporting the implementation of automated machining systems, integrating Makino machining centers with part delivery systems and other ancillary equipment supporting the machining process. The automated systems utilize various automation products including 6-axis robots (fixed pedestal, floor track mount, and top loader), vision systems, marking systems, conveyors, etc. to automate the flow of material through Makino machining cells.

              The Controls Engineer responsibilities include research, system design, programming, documentation, and troubleshooting of automated systems for assigned projects. The Controls Engineer must be able to communicate (both written and verbal) and work in a team with other engineers within the Project Engineering group as well as other Makino engineering groups, external resources, and customers to provide successful execution and completion of each project.

              ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

              • Work closely with multiple parties including Makino personnel, contract resources, suppliers, and customers from project inception to sign-off to maintain clear understanding of project scope and timeline.
              • Create detailed specifications for interfaces with Makino equipment.
              • Work with 3rd party suppliers of automated equipment during system design to verify intended functionality.
              • Support Electrical Engineering Team with system design including component selection, IO strategy, and schematic drawings.
              • Create and modify robot programming applications using appropriate software.
              • Create and modify Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming applications using appropriate software.
              • Create and modify Human Machine Interface (HMI) programming applications using appropriate software.
              • Setup and test bar code and pattern match vision programming applications using appropriate software.
              • Teach robot tool center points, user frames, and pick/place positions.
              • Debug robot, PLC, HMI, and vision programs during system testing and commissioning to validate functionality, safety compliance, and robustness.
              • Support Automation Support Engineering Team with system debug.
              • Effectively communicate problems/issues to other engineers to and collaborate on solutions so that they are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.
              • Participate in risk assessments of automation equipment.
              • Create User Manuals detailing system operation.
              • Become familiar with new automation products and developments and provide recommendations for using innovative technology for applications when appropriate.

              QUALIFICATIONS

              • Ability to operate CNC machine tools and other equipment used in automated systems.
              • Ability to read, create and modify electrical schematics using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
              • Ability to create and modify robot programs using appropriate software for Fanuc and/or ABB robots.
              • Ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) applications using appropriate software for Allen-Bradley, Omron, and/or Mitsubishi PLCs.
              • Ability to create and modify Human Machine Interface (HMI) applications using appropriate software for Allen-Bradley, Omron, and/or Mitsubishi HMIs.
              • Ability to create and modify bar code and pattern match vision applications using appropriate software for Cognex and/or Keyence vision systems.
              • Experience in troubleshooting issues and finding root cause by demonstrating strong analytical skills and ability to distill problems to engineering language and techniques.
              • Proficient use of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, etc.
              • Ability to travel (up to 50%). Valid passport required.

              EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

              • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an Associate’s degree with an emphasis on Industrial Automation is preferred. Others with relevant work experience may be considered.

              Currently seeking a US-based Service Technician with a strong background in mechanical and electrical knowledge paired with troubleshooting skills who will join a Global Service Team located in Scheifling, Austria. The Service Technician will have industrial-related education with strong communication and customer service skills, capable of delivering and maintaining high customer satisfaction while building strong personal relationships.

              Description

              • Act as an IT business partner of the internal customers for SAP, Salesforce and other company/ market solutions globally, interfacing with internal customers to understand requirements and transforming them in IT solutions.
              • Support Process Owners in maintaining/customizing the business blueprint and performing functional analysis.
              • Actively participate in all phases of the software implementation life cycle, from design to adoption, applying project management methods and practices, achieving all requirements agreed within the expected timescales and costs.
              • Define test scenarios with the key users and support them or supervise external consultants during tests. Perform or coordinate user training in collaboration with third parties when needed.
              • Act as POC for SAP Help Desk requests. Implement/ test solutions or supervise external consultants during implementation/test/delivery. Manage change development in close consult with IT Director, Line Manager and Process Owner.
              • Support Process Owners, third parties and HR - Organization defining the best user profiles. Report possible Segregation of Duties (SoD) issues or any other conflict.
              • Manage IT audit, ensuring the applicable systems are compliant with audit requirements (SOX).
              • Support change management and facilitate the adoption of the IT solutions.
              • Ensure the proper maintenance of IT applications.

              Qualifications

              • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar; and/ or SAP Certifications
              • At least 5+ years of experience as a functional SAP Business Analyst (or related) in a multi-national company.
              • Proven experience in global projects for implementations, rollouts, and application maintenance of SAP S/4 Hana
              • Experience with Salesforce projects is a plus.
              • Project Management experience 
              • Deep knowledge of Information technologies environments, tools and methodologies.
              • Analytical thinker, open minded. Curiosity about complex topics and analytical problem-solving skills. Strong ability to lead and coordinate cross functional, multicultural teams of experts.

              Description

              • Act as an IT business partner of the internal customers for SAP, Salesforce and other company/ market solutions globally, interfacing with internal customers to understand requirements and transforming them in IT solutions.
              • Support Process Owners in maintaining/customizing the business blueprint and performing functional analysis.
              • Actively participate in all phases of the software implementation life cycle, from design to adoption, applying project management methods and practices, achieving all requirements agreed within the expected timescales and costs.
              • Define test scenarios with the key users and support them or supervise external consultants during tests. Perform or coordinate user training in collaboration with third parties when needed.
              • Act as POC for SAP Help Desk requests. Implement/ test solutions or supervise external consultants during implementation/test/delivery. Manage change development in close consult with IT Director, Line Manager and Process Owner.
              • Support Process Owners, third parties and HR - Organization defining the best user profiles. Report possible Segregation of Duties (SoD) issues or any other conflict.
              • Manage IT audit, ensuring the applicable systems are compliant with audit requirements (SOX).
              • Support change management and facilitate the adoption of the IT solutions.
              • Ensure the proper maintenance of IT applications.

              Requirements:
              • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
              • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Field Service Engineer
