Evan began his career with a general recruiting firm in the greater Cleveland area and worked his way up from entry level recruiting associate to Account Manager of their corporate office in less than a year. He has represented and supported hiring efforts for some of the best companies in their respective fields across the country. Since joining Wright, Evan’s primary focus has been in the direct hire engineering space with a focus on automation. He has done full desk recruiting work including but not limited to candidate sourcing, candidate process and best practices, candidate onboarding, account management, partner and candidate experience and business development.
Our goal at Wright is to connect the right technical talent with the right partner to create a long term, mutual match, and Evan takes that responsibility very seriously. Engineers are the backbone of our world and the opportunity to make connections that may lead to the next great advancements and innovations in our society is his true passion.
Evan is a huge sports fan and loves playing golf, disc golf, softball, beach volleyball, and basically anything else that keeps him active. He is married to his best friend and has a 9-year-old Lab/Doberman who is their entire world. He loves traveling and has had the opportunity to see a lot of the United States. Evan has also climbed 3 mountains and is extremely passionate about hiking and mountaineering.
