Connor Shelton is a recent graduate from the University of Toledo, College of Business and Innovation. He graduated in December 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in Human Resource Management. During his time in school, he was involved in the Jesup Scott Honors College, leadership development organizations, DEI committees, and founded the University’s first school pride as the executive board member for his campuses LGBTQ+ group. Additionally, he gained experience as the first HR intern for a Cleveland property management company which further solidified his passion to pursue HR.
Connor is thrilled to establish his early career as a Talent Associate with Wright Technical Services. He has always had a passion for people and matching their skills and strengths to opportunities that can help redefine their life. Wright stood out to him in his post-graduation career search because of their genuine connection to people, their expertise, passion, and continuous growth.
Outside of work Connor enjoys playing clarinet in various orchestras and ensembles, trying new local restaurants, spending time with his family, and makeup artistry.
