Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications using the Retool platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a self-driven individual who has experience working on applications from front to back and thrives in both leadership and collaborative environments. You will play a key role in guiding the team and ensuring the success of our development initiatives while working closely with a partner to align on project goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a software developer or engineer, with a strong background in full-stack application development.
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience building complex user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of back-end development, including API integration and database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Solid experience working on applications from front-end to back-end, with a focus on delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while taking initiative and driving projects forward.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A proven track record of leadership within development teams, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge in building custom applications using the Retool platform, including deep knowledge of its components and capabilities is a plus
Description and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable applications.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications using the Retool platform, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Build and maintain complex user interfaces while integrating APIs and data sources into Retool applications.
- Customize and extend Retool components to meet specific project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure application reliability and functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest Retool features, trends, and best practices, incorporating them into development workflows.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and development guidelines for team reference and future projects.
- Act as a mentor and leader within the team, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Work closely with stakeholders and partners to align on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team efficiency.
