Wright Technical Services is currently collaborating with a Fortune 500 client located in greater Cleveland, seeking a CAD Administrator to enhance their plant operations by executing capital projects and providing essential engineering support.

Responsibilities

– Work collaboratively with a team on capital and strategic projects for the production facilities at Cleveland Operations.

– Take charge of upgrading AutoCAD Electrical and Vault software every two years.

– Assess electrical prints to confirm alignment with company CAD standards.

– Supervise and grow the electrical parts library by analyzing standard components and developing the required footprints and schematic symbols.

– Conduct training sessions for new hires, interns, and co-ops on the use of AutoCAD Electrical and Vault.

– Oversee user access and workflow management within Vault for the Plant Engineering department.

– Carry out other duties as assigned by the department manager and embrace additional responsibilities to support the company’s 2025 Strategy.

Education & Experience

– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, CAD Technology, or a related discipline.

– At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.

– Preferred experience with AutoCAD Electrical and Vault administration.

– A proactive attitude with a strong focus on achieving results.

– Demonstrated sound judgment, self-motivation, and a robust commitment to safety. – Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
