Responsibilities:

– Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

– Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.

– Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

– Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.

– Collaborate with various departments including finance, HR, and supply chain to optimize operational performance.

Qualifications:
